Why People Fail In MLM Business Opportunities And How You Can Be Successful

People not managing their own expectations when they join in a new Network Marketing company or MLM, puts them in the wrong path and fail. The proper expectations most of the times are not managed at first, which causes a large number of people quitting the business opportunity. People mix up get rich schemes with network marketing. It is important that you know up front that there are some key things you must do in order to get the results you are looking for.

First understand that network marketing is really a 1-43year plan for you to be financially independent if you do everything correctly. You must put in at least 10-20 hours per week to build a business properly and is profitable. Remember, network marketing is a 152 billion dollar industry and millions of people are extremely successful in it making six to seven figure incomes. Network marketing has made more millionaires than any other industry. To be successful in Network marketing or mlm, you must dedicate the time to become successful in it. Here are some of the things you must do no matter what to push you to the next level in Network marketing.

Number one, you must right down your goals that you want to accomplish from your business opportunity. For example, don’t just write down “I want to be rich”, that is too general and that’s not the proper way to set goals. Instead, write down “I want to be a sapphire consultant and quit my job in March of 2017”. The more specific your goals, the better the results you will get.

Number two; you must allocate the amount of time each day that you will do the things necessary to produce the desired results. A great example of this is you set 1 hour a day to talk to 5 people about your product and business opportunity. I personally believe you should set at least 2 hours a day to really fast track your results.

Number three, you have to create some affirmations of your future success that you will write down and read every day. The more you look at your affirmations and read them, the better the results you are going to get. This could be “I am so grateful that I am a sapphire consultant in Organo Gold”. You must imagine you are already there for you to get better results in the present. It may be hard to grasp, but trust me and do it. I personally post pictures and affirmations all over my house so I am constantly reminded where I am going.

I recommend reading your goals and affirmations before you do anything for the day. It should be the first thing you do when you get out of bed and the last thing you do before you go to sleep.

Next thing you should do is create a list of 100 people that you know. This is called your warm market. When making your list, do not prejudge anyone. Now, invite the people from your list to evaluate your business opportunity and go out and recruit new people that you don’t know on a daily basis. You will build an enormous business attracting and prospecting people you don’t know. It will be uncomfortable at first for some; however, once you start to do it at a regular basis over and over again, it will become second nature. Some of your friends and family will not join your network marketing business until you start getting great results. It sounds strange; however, that is the general mindset of those close to you. So you will get wealthy with the people you don’t even know yet. I started by meeting 2-3 new people a day for 90 days straight and you will be surprised how many new friends you’re going to have that will be more than happy to build a business with you. Once you’ve gotten more confidence with your opportunity, you’ve gone to enough presentations, and then you need to start showing your business opportunity at least 4 times a week outside of your house and in the homes of your new enrollee’s.

You must help everyone that has joined your organization. Remember, to get the thing you want, you must help people get what they want first. In order for you to build a volunteer arm of people who will be willing to duplicate your success, you must set the example. Remember this philosophy, it changed my life forever. Anything in life worth having or achieving will come with a price. You will have to sacrifice something to get what you want in life initially. You might have to give up some TV time, or going shopping or going golfing initially, however, once you have built your business to the size you want, now you can enjoy life.

A famous many once said “Life is a fight for territory, once you stop fighting for what you want, what you don’t want will soon take over”. Study that sentence carefully. Because of that quote, I started to prospect 5 total strangers a day for at least 2 years straight. I don’t even remember watching TV in the time period. That was the sacrifice I made to now have a 7 figure income over the last 4 years.

Let’s recap:

1) Write down your goals and what you want out of your business opportunity. Remember, it must be very specific.

2) Create some affirmations that you will speak everyday along with your goals first thing in the morning and before you go to bed.

3) You will need to expose people on your list and new people that you will be meeting to your business opportunity daily.

4) Start showing your business opportunity at least 4 times per week.

5) You will have to make some initial sacrifices to gain some long term rewards.

Follow these steps and watch how large your business grows. It will grow so fast, you won’t even believe your eyes.
