One of the hottest topics being talked about on the planet in this decade is how to improve your life by changing the way you think. But do we know and understand what we should be doing to attract more of the things we want to experience in our lives.
Changing the way we think is only one small part of the process, but it is the first and possible the primary point in which to start. Let’s have a look at what I consider to be 3 of the most important aspects of changing our lives:
o Change the way we think
o Release unwanted negative thoughts
o Tune in and vibrate at a level equal to that of which you want to experience.
No it’s not just a 3 Step Process, yet these three steps are at the core of changing the way you think. I personally believe that if you are active and truly involved in changing your life, that you will seem to always be floating between these core subjects.
Changing The Way We Think
This is the most basic of the 3 core principles yet it is sometimes the hardest to perform. Yet it is very simplistic requires no more elaboration then the heading states “Change the way we think”. Changing the way we think is simple a matter of forming a new habit and new habits are formed in the moment. When you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, or thinking about something you do not want in your experience, STOP, change your thoughts.
Release Unwanted Negative Thoughts
The best way I have personally found to help release unwanted negative thoughts and negative energy is by making use of one of the forms of energy therapy. Can you achieve the same result without using energy therapy… yes you could, but energy therapy can cut months or years from the process in just a few minutes. From personal experience nothing works as fast as EFT. I find that most people new to this subject like EFT as it is something you can do yourself in private with your own fingers.
Vibrate at a Level Equal to What you Want to Experience
This is another core topic which can sometimes be hard to understand. As we all at some point focus on the object or things we do not want in our experience. In fact this cannot be avoided, as for you to know what you do want you also have to know what you don’t want. The problem is we either deliberately or unconsciously spend far too much time focusing energy on the things we do not want, and fail to focus the same amount of vibrational intensity on the things we do want. It seems easier for us as human beings to think and feel negative thoughts and vibrations then to think and feel positive thoughts and vibrations…
Focusing Your Vibrational Energy
We tend to focus far LESS of our Vibrational Energy towards our DESIRES and far more towards the things we Do Not Want. We usually end up spending only brief moments thinking of the things we do want and then slip back into hours of thought surrounding the things we do not want. The more thought we put into a topic the more vibration energy and the more intensity of the vibrational energy we are focusing at the topic we are thinking about. This is why so many of us seem to attract the things we do not want, as this is exactly what we focus more of our energy towards (remember, you get what you think about)
The key is to be persistent and vigilant about your thoughts, by changing the topic you are thinking about the moment you discover your thoughts targeted towards something which does not serve you. This means in the moment, do not criticize or condemn yourself for thinking negative, just change your direction and think of something else… Plus if you want to become a more deliberate creator then you need to spend some time every day in deliberate thought about the things you do want.Click Here Change your life
